About our shipment process

Our chocolates are shipped to the following countries using Bpost or DHL Express depending your selection during the checkout process.
We will send you some emails and SMS at each following steps:

- The chocolates are ready to be picked up by the driver.
- The parcel is in transit.
- The parcel is out for delivery.
- The parcel is available for pick up.
- The chocolates have been delivered.
- There is a problem with the delivery.
- The chocolates have not been delivered as scheduled.
We never ship chocolates when the outside temperature is higher than 24°C (celsius degrees).
In that scenario, orders are delayed until the temperature is cooling down.

We operate under Incoterm DAP.

In Brussels you can now choose the same day delivery with Shippr, this helps reduce your carbon footprint.

The US government has changed its customs regulations, but it is not yet clear how these rules should be applied.
As a consequence, Bpost services has been temporarily discontinued for all parcels shipped to USA.
